Yageo's automotive grade sulfur resistant, thin film, high precision, high stability chip resistor offers case sizes from 0402 to 1206, resistance range of 10 Ω-1 MΩ, narrow tolerance of ±0.1%, ±0.25%, ±0.5%, ±1% and low TCR of ±15, ±25, ±50 ppm/°C, with power rating of 1/16 W-1/4 W.

Yageo's thin film chip resistor - RT series is manufactured with advanced sputtering technology to form a nichrome (NiCr) resistive layer on the ceramic substrate. Compared to the printing process of thick film resistors, the metal resistive layer allows thin film resistors to achieve both low TCR (down to ±5ppm/ºC) and tight tolerance (down to ±0.01%). In addition, the current noise of thin film resistors is also lower than thick film resistors. As such, it is a perfect solution for application with high precision and high stability requirements.

Yageo AC Series Automotive Grade Chip Resistors feature superior resistance against the sulfur-containing atmosphere and halogen-free epoxy with MSL class I compliance. These resistors operate at 1Ω to 22MΩ resistance value range. The AC automotive-grade chip resistors also comply with AEC-Q200 standard, J-STD-020D, and RoHS compliance. These resistors are ideal for car electronics, industrial, and general-purpose applications.

Yageo SR Series Anti-Surge Chip Resistors feature superior pulse withstanding voltage, reduce environmentally hazardous waste, and comply with MSL class I. TVS (Transient voltage suppressors) has very fast response speed  to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.TVS has advantages of low dynamic  resistance and excellent clamping capability and high reliability. Yageo offers a variety of industiral and automotive grade TVS products with different package types and power ratings which are widely used in  low speed data transmission lines or DC power lines.The working voltage of TVS  are from 3.3V to 600V (even higher). The peak pulse power rating can reach up to 30000W.

MOV (Metal Oxide Varistors) has fast response speed  to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.MOV has high voltage and large withstanding surge current capacity, and is usually used in AC input of different power supply for surge or lightning protection.

Yageo offers different  working temperature and size MOV products,the temperature can reach up to 140 centigrade，the size is from 5mm to 53mm.

CRP Series was developed for applications with high pulse requirements. These are precision wire wound resistors with a ceramic core and a small design in the power classes 2, 3 and 5 watts. The resistor element is protected by a flameproof lacquer coating according to UL94-V0.The resistors are also available in a different pre-forming.

Yageo's OTP series, an over temperature protection fusible resistor, which is a new type of protective component for over temperature & over current protection. The OTP series is mainly used in industries that involve in high speed computing or high temperature/voltage processing such as power, home appliances, lighting, charging and industrial equipment, and that therefore require more high-end resistors for safety protection. When an overcurrent occurs, the OTP series fusible resistors will fuse and open the circuit to prevent electrical damage.

Yageo automotive grade MLCC – AC series is AEC-Q200 qualified as well as MIL-STD-020D test to ensure its reliability under various temperatures (from -55°C to +125°C) and humidity (1,000 hours, 85°C/85% RH) conditions and still possess long endurance.

These capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are contained. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and covered with a layer of plated tin. The terminations are lead-free and all capacitors in the AC series are RoHS compliant.
