Corporate Governance
Compliance Management System
Our compliance is the responsibility of the management. The global legal and compliance department therefore reports directly to the CEO. Our compliance management system consists of all measures that are continuously expanded and adapted to current laws and regulations. This is because we want to ensure that our business always complies fully with the law and our internal principles. We also want to create a culture of compliance within the company. This is always particularly important, because true compliance can only be achieved when it is lived by our employees.
Excellence, performance, reliability, and integrity are firmly anchored in our self-image as central elements. They form the basis of our business activities and represent important pillars of how we interact with each other.
Our responsibility for respectful coexistence
We are committed to respectful coexistence in our business relationships and in our everyday work. Respect for human rights is our top priority. We also stand for equal opportunities and distance ourselves from any form of discrimination.
As a company with a global footprint and worldwide locations, we know that cultural and social diversity enriches our everyday business and that we grow together through interdisciplinary teams, learning with and from each other. Our employees form the long-term basis for Rutronik's success. Together, we create a respectful working environment and ensure sustainably successful and pleasant working conditions.

FAQ ABOUT THE WHISTLEBLOWER SYSTEM
Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains
It is particularly important to Rutronik that human rights, ethical, and environmental requirements are observed throughout our supply chains, thereby contributing to a transparent, sustainable, and responsible supply chain.
We base our actions on internationally recognized standards and relevant legal requirements – in particular the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, which has been binding for Rutronik since January 2024.
In accordance with local laws, we regularly review and monitor our supply chain and, where necessary, take appropriate preventive and remedial measures to prevent, minimize, or eliminate risks.
As part of our legal responsibility, we have established internal processes and structures to systematically identify, assess, and minimize human rights and environmental risks. A central component of our risk analysis is our collaboration with IntegrityNext. With the help of this platform, we conduct both abstract and concrete risk analyses to identify location-, industry-, and company-specific risk factors.
In addition, our complaints procedure, which is open to all internal and external stakeholders, is of great importance. Our established whistleblower system allows confidential and secure reporting of human rights or environmental risks along our supply chain.
