Transformer Driver ICs
The RVP series covers the most common isolated topologies. Flyback versions are available with integrated switches or external MOSFET gate drive and offer flexible feedback options, including primary side regulation without an optocoupler.
Push-pull and full-bridge drivers integrate timing control and overcurrent monitoring in compact DFN2×2 packages, helping to reduce complexity and BoM.
The RVP6501, a pin-compatible alternative to the popular SN6501, delivers higher drive current, adaptive dead-time control, and built-in overload protection for improved robustness and long-term stability.
