Advanced HMI Capabilities with Multi-Sense Technology
The PSOC™ 4100T Plus features Infineon's 5th Generation CAPSENSE™ technology, which offers a 10x higher signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance while consuming 10x less power, enabling inductive sensing and liquid level sensing technologies, allowing for the detection of liquid levels, presence, and type, without requiring direct contact.
Low Power Consumption and Advanced Power Management
The PSOC™ 4100T Plus is designed to provide low power consumption and advanced power management capabilities, making it ideal for battery-powered and energy-efficient home appliances. With a range of power modes, including sleep, hibernate, and deep sleep, the PSOC™ 4100T Plus can reduce power consumption to as low as 6 μA. The low power capabilities of PSOC™ 4100T Plus helps home appliances attain low power ratings.

With high memory options, combined with SAR ADC, MCU peripherals, and Multi-Sense technology, the PSOC™ 4100T Plus is an ideal microcontroller for system control and HMI applications in Home Appliances. The PSOC™ 4100T Plus provides an upgrade path for existing PSOC™ 4100 and PSOC™ 4100S designs, ensuring software and package compatibility

ModusToolbox™ Software
Infineon's ModusToolbox™ is a collection of easy-to-use software and tools that enable rapid development of Infineon microcontrollers and AIROC™ Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® devices. It provides both development tools and run-time software for a flexible and comprehensive development experience. The ModusToolbox™ tools package includes desktop programs that enable the creation of new embedded applications, managing software components, configuring device peripherals and middleware, and embedded development tools for compiling, programming, and debugging.
