Door 20 – Minew ME54BS Modules Series

The ME54BS Series from Minew Semi are ultra-low power, high-performance Bluetooth modules built on Nordic Semiconductor’s next-generation nRF54 Series, designed to deliver secure, multiprotocol wireless connectivity for IoT, wearable, medical, and industrial applications.

Minew Semi, a global supplier of wireless connectivity modules, has introduced the ME54BS Series as part of its portfolio of BLE, GNSS, Wi-Fi, LoRa, UWB, and 5G solutions. These modules are based on Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF54 series, specifically the nRF54L15, which represents a major leap forward from the widely adopted nRF52 and nRF53 families.

The ME54BS Series includes several models such as ME54BS01, ME54BS03, and ME54BS61, each tailored to different integration needs. The ME54BS01 and ME54BS03 provide flexible antenna options, while the ME54BS61 is notable for its ultra-compact 6 × 6 mm footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained designs like wearables and medical devices.
