The Motherboards are designed to handle devices of the product families PROFET™ + 12/24/48 V, PROFET™+2 12 V, PROFET™ Wire Guard 12 V, Power PROFET™ + 12/24/48 V, and SPOC™ +2. The equipment is suitable for evaluating resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads, as well as for driving devices with a serial peripheral interface (SPI).

The motherboard is designed for PROFET™ +2 12 V and for devices formerly known as PROFET™ Load Guard 12 V, with compatibility for future devices. Banana connectors enable power line connections. The board supports stand-alone operation. For PC operation with the GUI Infineon Smart Power Switches Configuration Wizard, an additional uIO-Stick (UIOSTICKTOBO1) is needed. This board offers a convenient pick and place solution for lab evaluations, capable of driving automotive loads when combined with the daughterboard.

The BTT6200-4ESA Evaluation Board is a PCB with soldered PROFET™ + 24 V device on it. It's a stand-alone evaluation board for 4 channel devices. This board is the successor of BTT6200-4EMA BOARD.

Evaluation daughterboard for BTH6035-1EPL of the PROFET™ + 48 V family

Evaluation daughterboard for BTH6035-1EPL that requires additional motherboard for operation. M-SMART-POWER-LITE without a microcontroller but with connectivity to control the device with lab equipment or M-SMART-POWER-SWT-5 with microcontroller for use with our Infineon Smart Power Switches configuration Wizard (GUI) available via the Infineon Developer Center. On the daughterboard is a dip switch with different values provided for evaluation.

Daughterboard BTT6050-2ERA-2

The BTT6050-2ERA Daughterboard is a small PCB with soldered PROFET™ + 24 V device on it. It has to be used in combination with the PROFET+ Motherboard . This board is the successor of BTT6050-2EKA DMB.ADAPT.

Arduino Shield BOARD BTH50015-1LUA

The 48V protected switch shield for Arduino is a flexible evaluation board dedicated to drive loads. It comes with two devices that can be evaluated: BTH50015-1LUA (RDS(ON) 1.5 mΩ) and BTH50030-1LUA (RDS(ON) 3.0 mΩ) the lowest ohmic smart high-side power switches available in the market for 24 V and 48 V power nets.

The ITS4130Q demo board can be used to easily evaluate the 4-channel Industrial PROFET™ ITS4130Q. The demo board is fully equipped with peripheral components and corresponding connectors aside the ITS4130Q.

PROFET™ + 48 V

Automotive Smart High-side Switch

  • Scalable family of 48 V high-side smart power switches with protection features and diagnosis for 48 V systems
  • Comprehensive protection functions, current sense diagnosis, and high short-circuit robustness for driving loads from 1 A to 5 A nominal load current
