The TLP3414S has a maximum switch-on resistance of 3 Ω, the TLP3431S even only 1.2 Ω. The typical output capacitance of both variants is 6.5 pF - a decisive factor in reducing high-frequency signal losses when switched off. The voltage and current values in the ON and OFF phases are 40 V / 250 mA for the TLP3414S and 20 V / 450 mA for the TLP3431S.
Both photo relays are encased in the space-saving S-VSON4T housing with dimensions of just 1.45 mm × 2.0 mm × 1.3 mm. This not only supports the miniaturization of modern test systems but also improves thermal and electrical performance thanks to shorter signal paths.
Benefits at a glance:
- Faster switching times: Up to 62 % shorter switch-on times compared to previous models (only 150 μs)
- Compact design: New S-VSON4T housing saves around 20 % platinum surface area
- High switching capacity:
- TLP3414S: 40 V / 250 mA
- TLP3431S: 20 V / 450 mA
- Low ON resistance:
- TLP3414S: max. 3 Ω
- TLP3431S: max. 1.2 Ω
- Low output capacitance: typically 6.5 pF
- Optimized optical coupling:
- Improved infrared LEDs and photodiode arrays for high efficiency
Application examples:
- Pin electronics of automatic test equipment (ATE)
