My most beautiful experience
When I started at Rutronik in September 2006, I spent a week training in Ispringen in November of the same year. Between two training sessions we had a break outside the building. A gentleman approached me, asked who I was and introduced himself. The gentleman was Helmut Rudel himself. The way he came to say hello to new employees really impressed me then and I still remember it after all these years.
What I particularly like about my working day
When I started at Rutronik's office in Finland, we had a very small turnover. The sales team was also small, but we had a similar sense of humor and a similar way of working. During those years, we were able to grow our turnover tremendously. We had a lot of fun, a lot of joy, but we also overcame challenging situations. I am proud to have been part of the Rutronik family and of what we have achieved together.
