Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH is strengthening its Nordic sales region. To do this, the distributor has combined Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden into one sales unit, headed by Hans-Henrik Hybholt in his position as Country Manager Nordic.

To date, Rutronik’s Nordic sales region has comprised Finland, Norway and Sweden. Denmark operated independently. This region now comprises four branch offices with a total of 31 employees. As Country Manager Nordic, Hans-Henrik Hybholt is responsible for this sales region. He reports to Sales Manager International, Paul Scholten. Hybholt began his career in 1988 at AEG-Telefunken before moving in 1996 to become Sales Director at Avnet.

In 2002, he was appointed Country Manager Denmark at Rutronik. “By combining the Nordic countries together, Rutronik will be able to operate more strongly here. We will be able to tailor our sales activities better and be able to exploit synergies in order to further increase our market shares,” explains Hans-Henrik Hybholt.

Lars Mistander has been appointed Country Manager Sweden as well as accepting the newly created post of Marketing Manager Nordic. He reports directly to Hans-Henrik Hybholt. Mistander began his career as a marketing manager for AB Gösta Bäckström, GB Topcomp and Ericsson Component Distribution before becoming the Wireless Technology Centre Manager for Eurodis Electronics. Between 2005 and 2009, he managed the Rutronik Wireless Competence Center to great success.

In 2009, he was appointed Country Manager for Sweden, Norway and Finland for Rutronik AB. His new post as Marketing Manager Nordic will make him responsible for the consolidation and coordination of all marketing activities for the region, in order to offer better support for Rutronik manufacturers in this area. “In Hans-Henrik Hybholt and Lars Mistander, our newly created sales region is led by two extremely experienced senior managers. They will help to further grow this region and manage it with the same success as they have their previous areas of responsibility,” says Thomas Rudel, CEO of Rutronik.
