“The increasing degree of automation not only makes production processes more efficient – it also brings with it the need to monitor processes, to process data and to gain insights if we are to offer added value to the customer. What‘s more, products are becoming increasingly complex and services must in some cases be redefined. This in turn makes it necessary to form new partnerships,” explains Mario Klug, Senior Manager Product Marketing Boards, who is responsible for organizing the “Innovation in Automation” seminars.
With this in mind, Rutronik together with its partners Infineon, Intel, ST, Teleconnect and Telit developed the “Innovation in Automation” seminars as a means of informing customers about key topics around industrial automation – including predictive maintenance, artificial intelligence, visual computing, digital asset management and robotics. Through the cooperating with leading technology vendors, participants will gain an overview of trends, technologies, and potential partnerships.
The seminars will take place on the following dates:
- Tuesday, May 14, 2019: Hanover
- Thursday, May 16, 2019: Dortmund
- Tuesday, May 21, 2019: Denzlingen
- Thursday, May 23, 2019: Munich
