Newest addition to the SPA portfolio provides maximum ESD protection for USB 3.0 and HDMI applications.

The SP3010-04UTG is a four channel diode array capable of protecting up to ±8kV with an extremely low capacitance of only 0.45pF thus minimizing high-speed signal distortion.  The device is packaged in a 2.5x1.0x0.5mm µDFN-10 to facilitate board layout by providing straight-through routing.  The SP3010 also has the lowest dynamic resistance per capacitance of any equivalent competitive device.
