Intel® Atom™-Processors are not only interesting for consumer products but also for industrial applications. We as RUTRONIK Europe have a large number of products in our portfolio, which we have arranged in a compact overview.
A major advantage of the Intel® Atom™-Technology is the low power consumption at a very good level of performance. At the moment there are two different combinations with Intel® Atom™ processors available: Intel® Atom™ N270 + 945GM-Chipset and Intel® Atom™ Z5xx + US15W-Chipset. Both solutions can be designed with passive cooling.
The main differences are:

RUTRONIK is focusing in particular on the design of so-called Computer-On-Modules. These are highly integrated computer modules which support easy system expansion. With a baseboard designed according to the customer requirements this combination is creating a semi-customized embedded solution. The basic idea is to provide our customers a kit consisting of computer board, display and all necessary accessories.
